From the farm to your plate, you’ll find high quality products on your plate, coming mostly from the Domain (Charolais, Aubrac and Wagyu beef).
The chef’s inspirations elaborate the menus in keeping with seasonal products.
The restaurant is on the ground floor and offers a cosy place with visible beams and Burgundy ceiling an open fireplace and beautiful terraces to enjoy sunny days and warm evenings.

For a perfect match, our cellarmaster offers you a wide selection of Burgundy and worldwide wines, including more than 650 references and even more still aging.
Our selected wines represent the best quality price ratio, exceptional wines and a nice selection of old vintages
Our wine list will procure bliss to every wine lover and epicurean!

The restaurant is open 7 days a week. The restaurant is closed Sunday evening and Monday from November to the end of March.

The Prés d’Eugénie at Eugénie les Bains, the Crayères at Reims, the Gardens of Spices at Bray-et-Lû, the Sources de Caudalie at Bordeaux.

This young and ardent chef gives his name to an art of a modern style, mastered with creativity, esthetical sensitivity.
A fervent lover of local products, he especially enjoys suggesting emotion while sharing a spirit of conviviality .

Organization of events

At the Domain of Rymska, you can organize private events.
It is possible to privatize the Domain or simply reserve our private lounge (15 people maximum).

We only host wedding party as part of a complete privatization of the Domaine with a maximum of 50 guests (children included).

We also welcome you for your professional meetings in an air-conditioned lounge, equipped with screen, video projector, paperboard, wifi, gourmet break, and luncheon.
